Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the connecting portion between sterilized environments into a sterilized condition during a material is carried. SOLUTION: A material can be carried between two sterilized environments for docking by a carrying port system 1, and accedes to the sterilized environments 2 and 3 by two doors 10 and 12. One side and another side peripheral flanges 36 and 38 form one side sterilized environments 3 respectively. When the sterilized environments 2 and 3 are docked, the doors can be connected with each other and integrated to be moved into the sterilized environment 2, thereby carrying the material. Outer and inner side gaskets 68 and 70 seal the sterilized environments 2 and 3, and the connecting portion between the sterilized environments 2 and 3 is formed by the peripheral flanges 36 and 38 during the material is carried. A gasket, exposed in an unsterilized environment, and part of the peripheral flange are heated before docking.
