SOLUTION: In an anti-lock brake control device for a vehicle in which an inlet valve 23 is arranged in a main hydraulic flow passage between a master cylinder 12 and a wheel cylinder 14, and an outlet valve 24 is arranged in a return flow passage, the outlet valve 24 is set slightly to the open position when the inlet valve 23 is switched to the open position to increase the brake fluid pressure in the wheel cylinder 14 in controlling an anti-skid brake.
