Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To employ a tackiness agent that have a sufficient adherence independent of the print conditions of a substrate and that is capable of being uniformly applied to even a portion of a surface of the substrate and that is easy to form into a print ink. SOLUTION: A sheet with a sticky layer comprises a substrate 11, and a sticky layer 13 provided on a surface of the substrate 11. The sticky layer 13 contains a film material 2 in the form of micro-capsules that break under a pressure, and a tackiness agent 3 enclosed in the film material 3. The tackiness agent 3 has characteristics that when pressurized, it sticks in such a manner that it can be peeled off and, if peeled, it becomes hard to stick again.
