ELECTRONIC CONFERENCE SYSTEM AND RECORDING AND REPRODUCING METHOD FOR TIME SEQUENTIAL DATA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of communication data and to improve data reproducing efficiency by reproducing voice data, which are distributedly recorded in respective conference terminals, based on the recording start time and transferring them to the respective conference terminals. SOLUTION: When a recording starting request is applied from a recording control part 32 of a conference control part 3 to respective conference terminals 2, voice data inputted from voice input devices 23 are sent to the transmission equipment of communication equipment 21, transmitted to the conference terminals 2 of respective conference participants, simultaneously sent to recording and reproducing devices 22 as well and recorded in recording devices 25. When any desired conference is designated out of conference records registered in a conference information managing part 31 of the conference control part 3, at the conference control part 3, concerning that conference, a conference ID is sent to the conference terminals 2 utilized by the respective participants, and it is commanded to prepare reproduction by retrieving/ opening the recording files of participant voice data in the recording devices 25. Further, the voice data of conference participants reproduced from the recording devices 25 at the conference terminals 2 of respective conference participants are outputted from voice output devices 24.
