Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bonding strength and the rigidity of a bonding part in case of bonding hollow exuded materials, which are formed by extruding the light metal material, to each other through a joint by having a step difference seen from side in the bonding surface of the joint, which is fixed to a bonding member, and a member to be bonded. SOLUTION: A joint 3 is previously and strongly bonded to an extruded material 1 as a bonding member, and a bonding surface 2a of the joint 3, which is to be bonded to an extruded material 2 as a member to be bonded, is provided with a step part 2b so as to form a step difference. Similarly, a bonding surface 3a of the extruded material 2, which is to be bonded to the joint 3, is provided with a step part 3b so as to match the bonding surface 2a. These bonding surfaces 2a, 3a are welded to each other for bonding. With this structure, welding length of the bonding part in the case of bonding hollow extruded materials 1 to each other through the joint 3 can be sufficiently secured, and the bonding strength and the rigidity can be improved. |
