Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the measurement of the entire circumference of piping. SOLUTION: A ball screw 11 engaged with a guide part 8 and rotated by a drive motor 13 is provided at its opposed ends an ultrasonic sensor 14 and a brush unit 16. A slide structure B designed to enable the brush unit 16 as well as the sensor 14 to move in the axial direction of the screw 11 in linkage with the rotation of the screw 11 is fixed to a rotating plate 3 having a vertical surface to the running direction of a running body through a guide part 8, and thereby the sensor 14 and the unit 16 can face the entire inner circumferential surface of piping.
