Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep high accuracy even after welding work in the work fixing an attaching plate to a synthetic resin plate by ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: A fusion boss 2 is allowed to protrude from a synthetic resin plate 1 and an attaching plate 4 having the fixing hole 3 in which the fusion boss is fitted is provided and the fusion boss 2 is fitted in the fixing hole 3 to position the attaching plate 4 and ultrasonic waves are generated while an ultraviolet generator 5 is brought into contact with the leading end of the fusion boss 2 under pressure. The fusion boss 2 is melted by ultrasonic waves and the ultrasonic boss 2 is melted by ultrasonic waves to cover the fixing hole 3 to fix the attaching plate 4 but a gate 6 is provided in the vicinity of the fusion boss 2 and removed after the fixing work of the attaching plate 4 to keep the accuracy of the synthetic resin plate 1.
