Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively catching and concentrating only target microorganisms in a liquid specimen, and to provide a method for efficiently examining the microorganisms by using this method. SOLUTION: A liquid specimen is added to a vessel with the inner surface immobilized with an antibody capable of specifically binding to target microorganisms to selectively catch the target microorganisms existing in the liquid specimen; subsequently, the microorganisms caught on the inner surface of the vessel are dispersed in an liquid of smaller amount than the specimen and free from such microorganisms and concentrated selectively. By this method, a DNA is extracted from the concentrated microoganisms, the gene is amplified by PCR method, and based on the gene information involved in the result, the microorganisms can be examined.
