Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an induction motor having good characteristics and such structure as the slits can be made easily even in a machine having teeth of narrow width and a rotor being employed therein. SOLUTION: The rotor core 1 of a rotor is split into a core back part 6 and a teeth part 5 provided with slots for squirrel-cage secondary winding, wherein tees recesses 4a, 4b are provided in the opposite side faces of the teeth part 5 and teeth protrusions 6 are provided below. Recesses corresponding to the teeth protrusions 6 are made on the outer circumferential side of core back part 6 and the teeth protrusions 5 are fitted in core back recesses 7 thus forming a rotor core 1. Since the rotor core 1 is split into a core back part 6 and the teeth part 5 and thin slits are made in the abutting face of teeth recess, a slit where the width of teeth has no mechanical nor magnetical effect can be formed. This structure suppresses transverse current loss and enhances efficiency of motor. |
