Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a multi-chip system with high performance by suppressing increase in a signal propagation delay time when a conventional programmable chip is used to form a multi-chip system. SOLUTION: In a programmable circuit device, in which an input output element making transmission and reception of an external signal, a logic element 151 realizing a desired logic, and an internal wiring element 153 interconnecting the input output element and the logic element 151 or the logic elements are provided, a line switch is provided to switch a bypass wiring and the input output element provided in the programmable circuit device and the input output element to the internal wiring element 153 or the bypass wiring.
