Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed lead-acid battery capable of preventing the excess swelling or rupture of a container caused by increase in the internal pressure of a battery. SOLUTION: Two valve cylinders 2 per cell of a container 1 are arranged, a lubricant 3 is applied to the outer surface of each valve cylinder 2, and rubber caps 4, 4' having different operating pressure are fit to form a first safety valve part 5 and a second safety valve part 5', then a cover 6 is fit to each of the safety valve part 5, 5'. The operating pressure of the second safety valve part 5' is made higher than that of the first safety valve part 5, and the operating pressure values are set to 0.27kgf/cm and 0.14kgf/cm respectively.
