Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely determine a charging angle of a cathode plate according to types of the cathode plate and depth of a melt by installing a charging rail, which has a guiding section and a mounting plate section, to a charging hole of a melting furnace in such a manner as to be capable of adjusting a charging angle of the guiding section. SOLUTION: An insertion rail 20 comprises a guiding section 20a having a wedge-shaped side shape and a mounting plate section 20b approximately perpendicularly bent at and protruding from a top end of the guiding section 20a and the mounting plate section 20b is provided with a plurality of vertically oriented slot holes 20c for adjusting a mounting angle. The charging rail 20 is secured to a bottom periphery of a charging hole 2 by engaging adjusting bolts 21, which are passed through the slot holes 20c, with threaded holes in the charging hole 2. In this case, a wedge 22 having specifically tapered faces is inserted between the mounting plate section 20b of the cathode plate 20 and the bottom periphery of the charging hole 2 in order to make an adjust so that an insertion angle of the guiding section 20a of the charging rail 20 becomes a desired angle of θ. Thus, the cathode plate is prevented from entering a throat hole, a channel of an inductor and the like. |
