Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe connection changing over device capable of reducing a burden of power while firmly pressing and sealing a changed pipe with a transport pipe when the pipe is connected, by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: One end side of a switching pipe 4 is rotatably connected to the first pipe 2, the other end side of the switching pipe 4 is made rotatable in a circumferential direction with a connecting location to the first pipe 2 serving as the support point, on the other hand, a plurality of the second transport pipes 5 are arranged on a moving locus in a circumferential direction drawn by rotating the other end of the switching pipe 4. A connecting cylinder 6 is fitted advanceably/retractably inserted to the other end side of the switching pipe 4, an energizing means 7 energizing the connecting cylinder 6 in a direction connected to the second transport pipe 5 and a drive means 8 driving the connecting pipe 6 in a direction separated from the second transport pipe 5 are provided.
