Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a formed product having various sizes and kinds without restricting the shape of a lower punch by press-forming an upper punch and the lower punch toward a metallic plate. SOLUTION: The upper punch 1 is shifted to a Z-direction downward with an upper tool supporting part vertical shifting mechanism 5. Successively, the upper punch 1 is shifted through a table 7 with a Y-direction table shifting mechanism 8b and further, the upper punch 1 is shifted with an X-direction table shifting mechanism 8a. Further, the upper punch is shifted with the Y- direction table shifting mechanism 8b and finally shifted by a prescribed quantity with the X-direction table shifting mechanism 8a. By this method, the upper punch 1 is positioned at a prescribed position of a work 11 to form a prescribed profile shape.
