SOLUTION: This instantly swelling food in a container is obtained by housing the food in a state of laying oil and fat in a solid state at an ambient temperature among many granular materials for swelling in a heat resistant container, and the oil and fat is a mixture of three kinds of oils and fats of which melting points measured by raising temperature are contained within each of the ranges of 40-50 deg.C, 30-38 deg.C and (-)25-13 deg.C. |
