Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly use a public heated swimming pool also as a public bath in the event when water supply to ordinary houses is discontinued by lowering the floors at the pool side by using lifting means thereby providing a recessed washing area at the pool side. SOLUTION: A pit 3 is formed in a part of or a whole of a pool side area 2 adjacent to a pool 1, and a lifting/lowering floor 4, which is lifted by a lifter inside the pit, is provided. Drainage means is provided in the pit; in the event of using the pool 1 as a public bath, the lifter is operated and the lifting/ lowering floor 4 of the pit 3 is lowered and the inside of the tip 3 is used as a washing area.
