Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to lift up and down a boarding body which rises and falls with an X-shaped link in a simple structure and to a safe high elevation. SOLUTION: An expansion contraction body 4, which is pivoted on a plurality of links 2 and 3 intersecting in X-shape by way of a connecting shaft 8 is mounted on a base mount in such a fashion that the lower end of one link 2 on the lowermost stage is turnably supported on a fixing shaft 6 fixed with the base mount 1 while the lower end of the other link 3 is turnably supported on a movable shaft 7 which moves in parallel toward the fixing shaft 6. A support shaft 15, which is turnably inserted in the link 3 is provided on the tip existing on a virtual vertical line (a) which runs through the core of the fixing shaft 6 on the uppermost stage. There is provided a posture-holding means 16, which fixes a boarding body 5 with a support shaft 15 and spans an endless chain respectively in a strained state from the fixing shaft 6 up to the support shaft 15 which fixes the boarding body 5 by way of each connecting shaft 8 existing on a zigzag marking position, thereby prevents the boarding body from tilting.
