Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a composite apparatus so as to enable the good adaptation to a woven fabric state just after formation thereof and various yarn parameters, e.g. a yarn cross-sectional area. SOLUTION: This composite apparatus for tightening and cutting a weft yarn (1) of a pneumatic nozzle type loom is equipped with a shear part (10), fixed and arranged in order to cut the weft yarn (1), a clamp part (13) on the upper side and a clamp part (14) on the lower side in order to tighten a shear part (9) movable relatively to the shear part (10) and the weft yarn (1) and is capable of regulating the interval (8) between the clamps (13 and 14) and cutting devices (9 and 10). The tightening surface of at least one of the clamp parts (13 and 14) is elastically formed.
