Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explosion-proof type oscillating part for the torsional vibration of a bowl. SOLUTION: An unbalanced weight of semi-circular shape is fitted to a rotary shaft 34a, and the like, and gears of the same tooth number fitted to the rotary shaft 34a, and the like are engaged with each other and fixed on a base plate 24. A movable plate 22 integrated with an upper bowl 11 is supported on the base plate 24 by four inclined leaf springs 23, and an output shaft of an explosion-proof motor 38 at a stationary place away from the base plate 24 is connected to the rotary shaft 34a of either unbalanced weight 35a by a universal joint 37. The torsional vibration is given to the bowl 11 by the centrifugal force generated by a pair of unbalanced weights 35a, 35b which are rotated in the opposite direction to each other.
