Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain pulverization with relatively small energy consumption by additionally working impact waves compressively to a solid immersed in a liquid together with impact waves reflected on the container wall surface under the maintenance of a given specified parameter region. SOLUTION: Eletric field strength between electrodes 4, 7 is maintained in the range of 10KV/mm to 30KV/mm and voltage rising up to spark voltage is performed within 200nsec. and an energy input coupling is maintained in the range of 12J/mm-40J/mm, and then the impact waves are generated inside the solid by energy input coupling along a discharge path in the solid. A high voltage electrode 7 is surrounded by a cylindrical insulator over its long traveling path in a reaction container. |
