Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wood pieces from directly impinging against the inside of a dust bag even if wood pieces are sucked by forming a cylindrical pipe in an emitting orifice while providing a notch to the lower part of the pipe and providing a rib in the upper part of the pipe in constitution such that wood refuse sucked by the fan rotated by an electromotor is discharged from the emitting orifice. SOLUTION: In this dust collector for woodworking, the wood refuse discharged from an wood processing machine is collected through the duct hose connected to a suction port and the sucked wood refuse is discharged from an emitting orifice 5 to be housed in a dust hopper. In this case, the emitting orifice 5 is formed of a cylindrical pipe 11 and a notch having an opening area equal to that of the pipe 11 is provided in the lower part thereof and two right-angled triangular ribs 12 are provided in the upper part thereof as collision members so as to almost trisect the opening area of the pipe 11. By this constitution, even when a worker sucks wood pieces by mistake, the wood pieces are allowed to collide with the ribs 12 to be allowed to fall into the dust bag so as to be prevented from directly collide with the inside of the dust bag. Thereby, the damage of the dust bag is prevented.
