Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knee joint for artificial leg with which walking is enabled while bending a knee in the shape of dogleg, the knee is locked so as not to be bent over the dogleg state and the knee can be folded when the lock is released. SOLUTION: An upper knee member 30 connecting a femur pipe 20 and a lower knee member 50 connecting a crus pipe 40 are supported by a shaft 60. When the knee is bent, a pressing member 73 engaged with an engaging member 74 is turned upward, and a coil spring 70 is contracted by this pressing member 73. By contracting the coil spring 70 up to a minimum, the turn of the upper knee member 30 is stopped. Besides, when a knob 76b is pulled upward, the engaging member 74 is turned with a shaft 74b as a center, its engagement is released, and the knee can be folded. |
