COOKING CONTAINER AND HEAT COOKER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooking container which has high heat-insulating properties and requires no shifts in the course of cooking, by constituting the container of a pot consisting of a side having a vacuum layer between its inner wall made of a magnetic substance and outer wall made of a nonmagnetic substance and a bottom made of a magnetic substance, and a lid with a heat insulation part which covers the upper part of the pot detachably. SOLUTION: A cooking container 10 comprises a main body 11 and a lid 12 which covers the main body 11 detachably. The side of the main body 11 comprises an inner wall 11a made of a magnetic substance such as SUS 430 or iron and an outer wall 11c made of a nonmagnetic substance with a vacuum layer 11b between them. The bottom 11d of the main body 11 is also made of a magnetic substance. The upper end of the main body 11 has the form of a flange 11e used as handles. The lid 12 is provided with a flange 12e which is in contact with the flange 11e in such a way as to be detached freely, and a part between its outer wall 12a and inner wall 12c is an heat insulation part 12b.
