Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserving system by maintaining coolness capable of effectively utilizing a cool air having a low temperature and a high humidity of a fallen snow. SOLUTION: This preserving system by maintaining coolness with utilizing snow, is constituted by communicating a snow storing room 2 consisting of, at least, a heat insulating side wall 5 and a heat insulating floor 7, with a heat insulated and coolness maintained room 10 through a communicating passage 3, and installing a heat insulating mobile partition 4 capable of opening and closing in the horizontal direction. By this, a preserved material 11 stored in the heat insulated and coolness maintained room 10 is cooled and preserved by naturally or forcefully convecting the cool air of the snow accommodated in the snow storing room 2.
