PROGRAMMABLE CIRCUIT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the circuit of a programmable circuit device, etc., and to accelerate speed by constituting a logic memory and a control memory while using a dynamic random access memory(DRAM) or a ferro-electric memory. SOLUTION: A programmable logic circuit 1 is constituted by using the DRAM as the logic memory and has a logic element 50, wiring element 51 and external terminal 52. The logic element 50 has one output for providing arbitrary logic corresponding to the prescribed number of inputs. Besides, the wiring elements 51 are two-dimensionally arranged so as to surround the logic element 50, and the relation of connection between the logic elements 51 or between the external terminal 52 and the logic element 51 is changed by a program so that the relation of connection corresponding to the desired function can be provided. Further, the external terminals 52 are parts for exchanging signals between the programmable logic circuit 1 and the outside and are used while designating the input and output attributes of the terminals corresponding to the program.
