VOLTAGE CONTROL CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control circuit which can reduce an increase in current consumption at the time of a drop in input voltage as a voltage control circuit which uses an NPN transistor(TR) as a TR for output control. SOLUTION: When the base current of the PNP TR for output voltage control provided between an input terminal Tin and an output terminal Tout is suppressed, the base current of the NPN TR for base current control which controls the base current of the PNP TR for output control according to a drop in input voltage is made to flow to a ground terminal Tgr by by-passing, so that the base current of the PNP TR for output voltage control is reduced efficiently with small current consumption.
