Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for inspecting the welding of a flange to an oil line or gas line when a tee is provided in the way thereof by pressure feeding a fluid, e.g. N2 , into the pipe over the entire length thereof in which the welded part of flange can be inspected in safety while shortening the boosting time and reducing the quantity of fluid significantly. SOLUTION: A plug body 3 to be inserted into a pipe 28 welded with a flange 1 is provided hermetically with a bolt 2 and an O-ring 5 is set on the inside of plug body 3. The O-ring 5 is pressed by a press member 4 which is pressed by means of a first nut 6. The bolt 2 is fitted with a flange member 10 having a through hole 7 which pressure abuts against the flange 1 when a second nut 11 is tightened. A fluid chamber 17 having a flange 14 and a fluid port 16 is coupled through the flange member 10 with the flange 1 by means of a fixing member 19.
