Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, from a phosphoric acid solution, a water glass grouting chemical which is reduced in corrosiveness and harmfulness and is inexpensive by removing chlorine and fluorine, which are harmful, from the acid solution. SOLUTION: A phosphoric acid solution containing chlorine and fluorine is regulated so as to have a sulfuric acid concentration of 0.5-10wt.% and then subjected to steam stripping at 120-170 deg.C to obtain a solution having contents of chlorine and fluorine of 5ppm or lower and 50ppm or lower, respectively. The solution is used as a water glass hardener in silicate grouting.
