Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-coated steel tube using sticky resin composition which has sufficient sticky strength for thread cutting or holding corrosion resistant performance of the tube and sticky strength for facilitating the releasing of a coating resin layer at the time of fabricating such as welding connection. SOLUTION: The sticky layer for sticking a polyolefin layer to a steel tube or a tube surface treated such as chromated or primed is an ethylene-acrylic acid ester or methacrylic acid ester copolymer resin layer containing acrylic acid ester of a range of 3 to 80wt.%.
