Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for peeling cut works which can peel numbers of works which are cut in a comb-teeth shape by a wire saw device promptly and surely from an installation member by softening an adhesive in a state in which the works are bonded to the installation member by the adhesive. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left supporting rods 23, 23 which can support cut works are supported horizontally in a container 21. Both end parts of an installation plate 10 which supports the cut works in which an insulating plate 11 and an installation member 13 are bonded to the vibration supporting plates 24b, 24b of a vibrator 24 by an adhesive 14 are supported. A jet nozzle 26a directed at the adhesive 14 is installed in the container 21, and heating steam supplied from a heating steam generator 28 is sprayed from each nozzle 26a to the adhesive 14. The adhesive 14 is softened by steam permeate through the gap of cut works, and the cut works are peeled from the installation member 13.
