AUTOMATIC CHANGE-OVER VALVE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic change-over valve device which can prevent the reaction of a weight in the stopping time, by forming an invaginating part of a ball at the opposing position of the peripheral center surface of an inner ring, and making a ball which is allowed to put in and out elastically to the inner peripheral surface of an outer ring, allowable to insert to the invaginating part elastically. SOLUTION: Invaginating parts 18 of balls 18 are formed at two position on the diameter of the peripheral surface of an inner ring 6, a ball cap 19 of a permeable hole penetrated in an outer ring is provided, and a spring 20 is pressing the ball 18' inserted to the permeable hole. Furthermore, as the rotation limiting function of the inner ring 6 and the outer ring, a fan form projection 21 is provided at the lower and inner side of a fan form projection 7 of the inner ring 6, and its both side ends are abutted to a stopper 22 projected on the outer ring surface, so as to form a means to regulate the rotating amounts of both rings. And, since the rotation of the outer ring is to be controlled by a corrugated washer 17, the stopping impact of a weight 9' can be relaxed.
