Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a thin beam PC form, by erecting the right and left side plates of the bottom plate part to form a U-shape rising from the fold line and adjusting and fixing them through a separator and a sleeve nut while rotating a bolt inserted from the outside. SOLUTION: A flat precast concrete board integrally connected to side plates 3, 3 through V-shaped folds 2 longitudinally formed at both sides of a bottom plate 1 is erected at site from the folds lines 2 as the base point thereof. One end of a separator body 12 forming a shorter rod than the inner width of beam is fixed to one of side plates 3 with resin concrete or the like and one end of a sleeve nut 14 is screwed in the other end and the other end of the sleeve nut 14 is adjusted to be oppositely arranged in the inside of the other side plate 3. A bolt 16 is inserted in the bolt hole from the outside of the other side plate 3 and screwed in the sleeve nut 14 and further, both side plates 3, 3 are fixed in the erected state to form a thin beam PC form.
