Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase safety for an obstacle in front of a vehicle when dazzling due to a head light of an oncoming car occurs. SOLUTION: A dazzling alarm device of a vehicle is provided with a means a which generates dazzling alarm for a driver, a means b which detects projected light which dazzles the driver, a means c which detects illuminance outside of the vehicle, a means d which judges the occurrence of dazzling based on these detected data, a means e which detects an obstacle in front of the vehicle, and a means f which controls in such a manner that dazzling alarm is generated when it is judged that dazzling occurs and the obstacle is detected.
