MOLDED PRODUCT TAKING-OUT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly take out a molded product by simple constitution without generating the turblent flow of air by providing an air distributor generating suction air streams when a molded product receiver is present at the molded product taking-out position between both molds and generating discharge air streams when the receiver is present at a good or bad product discharge position. SOLUTION: The ejector rod of a molding machine is thrust out in such a state that a molded product 20 is connected to the cavity part U of a movable mold Q and a molded product W is sucked to the catching means of the molded product receiver 20 by suction air streams generated by the air distributor 23 provided on the side of the catching means while ejected into the receiver 20 to be certainly caught by the catching means. At this time, the hose 23a of the air distributor 23 is connected to the negative pressure port of a positive and negative pressure generating means by a changeover means. In such a state that the molded product receiver 20 is connected to a good product discharge port, the hose 23a is connected to a positive pressure port by the changeover means and discharge air streams are generated from the air distributor 23 in the direction opposite to that at a time when the molded product W is caught and the molded product W is transferred to the good product discharge port from the molded product receiver 20.
