PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash off and eject a leavings stuck on the upper face of a filter, with which dirt such as leavings stuck on a dish or the the like is removed, with washing water by turning the filter and draining the washing water later by arranging the filter in a water tank so as to be freely rotated while being pivotally supported with a horizontal shaft. SOLUTION: A filter 13 for removing dirt such as leavings stuck on the dish or the like is arranged at the section to be immersed in washing water or rinsing water near the upper part of a water tank 7. This filter 13 is formed in plane, horizontal shaft 14 is provided at both terminal parts, the filter 13 is pivotally supported on the horizontal shaft 14 so as to be freely turned, one side of the horizontal shaft 14 is connected with the driving shaft of a driving motor 15 as a driving device, and the filter 13 is turned through the horizontal shaft 14 by the driving motor 15. The filter 13 is constituted so as to be attached and detached only by fitting the horizontal shaft 14 into a fitting part formed at the edge part of the water tank 7.
