Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the coil within a relay a so excitation state even when a circuit switching from an active system circuit to a reserve system circuit for a transmission line by using the relay is connected with an active system and to further evade the influence of a transmission line signal even if the active system is substituted while the reserve system is switched. SOLUTION: Only when a reserve system circuit 2 is selected, the coil within a mechanical relay is energized, and when a normal active system circuit 1 is selected, the no excitation state is made. When an active system circuit 1 is substituted when a reserve system circuit 2 is selected, a transmission line signal to be a reserve selection is prevented from being affected. Further, also when a switch part 3 is substituted in a state that the active system circuit 1 is selected, the transmission line signal to be the selection of an active system is not affected. |
