Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase correction quantity and reduce astigmatism accompanied with correction by disposing a DY ring magnet for correcting asymmetrical components in a specific position relative to a main grid of an electron gun. SOLUTION: A DY ring magnet 4 for correcting astigmatism components is constituted by overlapping two sheets of ring-like six-pole magnets 4a, 4b, and the relative positions of a blue beam to a green beam and a red beam to a green beam are corrected by mutually rotationally moving them thereby correcting horizontal and vertical mis-convergences. At that time, the DY ring magnet 4 for correcting asymmetrical components is disposed right after a deflecting yoke 2, namely, on the most front side within the limits restricted by the deflecting yoke 2. Three-color electron beams cross each other at the central part of the main grid of an electron gun and however, the position in which the DY ring magnet 4 for correcting asymmetrical components operate electron beams is separated to the front from the crossing position, thereby increasing influence upon the beam orbit. |
