Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize human hemoglobin when freezing and drying it and in a solution by adding a stabilization reagent consisting of at least one compound selected from house rabbit, glycin, aspartate, and glutamate to a solution containing human hemoglobin. SOLUTION: 0.1wt.% to 4.0wt.% stabilizing reagent such as house rabbit albumin, glycin, aspartate, and glutamate should be used for human hemoglobin individually or after being mixed. The human hemoglobin should be manufactured as a comparison reagent by freezing and drying after dispersing it into a buffer liquid containing the stabilization reagent. For example, phosphoric acid buffer liquid or phosphoric acid buffer physiological saline solution shotud be used as the buffer liquid. The pH value should normally be set to 6.0-8.0. Also, such antiseptic as chelation agent and sodium azide may be added.
