Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the application of impact to a clutch when the clutch is connected. SOLUTION: A controlling device 302a generates control voltage VF for controlling vibration of a structure based on signals from a sensor 32, and a controlling device 302b generates control voltage VS for making a mass body move the movement of the mass body indicated by signals from a sensor 34. A weighting device 302c is synchronized with joint operation of an electromagnetic clutch 22 to generate weight getting gradually heavier, generated weighting is multiplied by the control voltage VF, a weighting device 302d is synchronized with joint operation of a clutch mechanism to generate weight getting gradually more light, and generated weight is multiplied by the control voltage VS. An addition device 302e adds the control voltages VF and VS multiplied by those weights, the results are supplied to a motor controlling device 310 as control voltage.
