Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire installing-removing device for a vehicle which can prevent unnecessary opening of an opening part as a work hole. SOLUTION: In a spare tire installing-removing device where an operation part 9a of a spare tire holder 5 arranged under the floor of a car body is arranged so as to face an opening part of a car body floor surface, a work hole plug 30 is arranged in the opening part so as to be separable by using an operation tool 10 to operate the spare tire holder 5. Therefore, the opening part is not unnecessarily opened as long as the work hole plug 30 is not separated by using the operation tool 10 when the spare tire holder 5 is used.
