Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device for vehicle seat which can be formed into a small type and attain easy entry on a seat at a lowering position. SOLUTION: This lifting device is a lifting device C for a vehicle seat S which can lift the seat S supported against the floor 93 of a cabin through a door opening 92 by providing a quadric link mechanism (a base plate 51, double link arms 52, 53 and a lifting base 54), whereas the distance L2 between the fulcrums of the second link arm 53 positioned more downward than the distance L1 between the fulcrums of the first link arm 52 whose turning fulcrum is positioned upwards is shortened.
