Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a public nuisance brought about by the disposal of an incineration, space securing for burying disposal of waste matters by producing a raw material for moldings with a mixture or molten mixture from waste FRP, waste foamed polystyrene, and waste plastics that are destroyed and smashed into pieces. SOLUTION: Destroyed and smashed waste polystyrene, waste plastics (the whole petrochemical products), and smashed FRP are blended or blend-melted with a blending ratio of 1-98% waste foamed polystyrene, 1-98% waste plastics, and 1-98% waste FRP, and a resultant mixture or molten mixture thereof is placed into a molding machine for producing moldings. During placing it into a molding machine, any hindrance never occurs even if one is a material before melting and one is a material after melting, and each is available for molding the material irrespective of being melted or not melted. Furthermore, by blending a virgin material thereto, the quality of moldings is improved in its strength, elasticity, and the like.
