Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten storage density of a tool magazine and to dispense with a clamping mechanism for a tool within the tool magazine. SOLUTION: A pull-stud 21 of a tool (T) is inserted and positioned into a positioning, inserting hole 22, which is formed in a deep part of a tool pot 2. A center line (O) of both tool pot 2 and tool (T) forms an angle of θ with the horizontal line. Since the tool pot 2 forms an angle of θ with the horizontal line, positioning can be achieved only by inserting the tool (T) into the positioning, insertion hole 22 of the tool pot 2. With this, a clamping mechanism by which the tool is clamped to the tool pot can be dispensed with, and storage density can be heightened.
