Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve phase-matching accuracy, and simplify a phase-matching mechanism in a case where a ringlike bearing member, having an oil hole, is pressed into a bearing insertion hole by a pressing-in means to be assembled in a condition where the oil hole is made a given phase decision. SOLUTION: This device is provided with phase-matching units 11A-11C for retaining a bearing member to rotate it around the axis line of the bearing member, and a bearing member retaining unit 30 for inserting a pin into an oil hole at the time of the rotation of the bearing member to decide the phase of the oil hole of the bearing member to carry the bearing member from the phase-decision position to a delivering position to a press-in tool.
