SOLUTION: Light from a predetermined sight target indicated on indication panels 13a, 13b constituting an indicator 1 is reflected on magic mirrors 14a, 14b, and enters the eyes of a patient. Patient's eyepiece pads 4a, 4b shield light from outside. Light from the eyes of the patient passes through the magic mirrors 14a, 14b, and enter the eyes of a trainer through observation windows 16a, 16b. At this time, light from outside is shielded by supervisor's eyepiece pads 17a, 17b.
