Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that parts in a pump are worn by coal particles when a CWM used as fuel is transported, which is a liquid by adding an additive to a part finely ground coal with water, by pressurizing the CWM by a medium, and transporting the CWM by a discharge pipeline through a pipeline. SOLUTION: When a CWM is transported, firstly switching valves 14, 16, 19 and 21 are opened, and switching valves 15, 17, 18 and 20 are closed. Next, a medium (oil and so on) in a CWM container 22 is sucked from pipeline 8, 9 by a medium pump 27, and sent to a CWM container 23 through pipelines 13, 12. At the same time, a CWM 2 in a storage tank 1 is poured into the container 22 through a suction pipeline 3, and substituted for the medium 24. A CWM in the container 23 is pressurized by the medium 24 nest to the container 23 through the pipelines 13, 12 by a pump 27, transported to a destination by a discharge pipeline 7 through a pipeline 6. When a CWM liquid level in the container 23 is detected by a liquid level detecting device 26 that it is at a predetermined level, transportation from the container 23 is finished.
