Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from passing through a clearance of a hub and a leaf spring and advancing into a clutch bearing, by fixedly setting up a ring- shaped plate in the outward side end part in the internal peripheral surface of a drive rotor. SOLUTION: A ring-shaped plate 50 is fixedly set up by a means of press fitting, bonding, etc., in an outward side end part in the internal peripheral surface of a drive rotor 42. Otherwise, the ring-shaped plate 50 is fixed by engraving in its peripheral surface a screw thread and screwing it in the screw thread engraved in the internal peripheral surface of the drive rotor 42. Otherwise, the ring-shaped plate 50, after assembling the drive rotor 42 in a nose 6 through a clutch bearing 41, is fixed to the drive rotor 42. In running of an automobile at rainy time or the like, water, passing through a clearance of a hub 44 and a leaf spring 46 of an electromagnetic clutch CL, is interrupted by the ring-shaped plate 50, so as to prevent the water from infiltrating in the clutch bearing 41. Thus by eliminating infiltration of water in the clutch bearing, deterioration of grease sealed in the clutch bearing and rusting of a ball can be prevented, and reliability of the electromagnetic clutch can be improved. |
