PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a part of an adapter used when the centering of a round hole-mounted appliance is difficult because the inner diameter of the round hole is larger than the outer diameter of a body part. SOLUTION: This is round hole-mounted appliance 1 fastening structure in which, after the body part 3 of the round hole-mounted appliance 1 is passed through a round hole 6 on a panel 5 side, a fastening nut 7 is fitted into a threaded part 3A of the body part 3 from the opposite side of the body part 3, the fastening nut 7 is fastened in the state of holding the panel 5 between a head part 2 and the fastening nut 7. The outer diameter K is slightly smaller than the inner diameter D of the round hole 6, and a projecting part 7A in which a projecting length (t) is smaller than a panel thickness T is provided so as to project in the axial direction from the one-end face of the fastening nut 7.
