DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY SEPARATING FOREIGN MATTER IN SURPLUS SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically separate foreign matter in surplus soil to reduce loads on workers thereby to avoid a danger and to reduce labor cost. SOLUTION: A foreign matter thrusting device 2 having a large number of thrust needles 9 on the outer surface of a rotation body 8 is disposed with respect to a surplus soil conveyor 1 which is loaded with surplus soil and moves, and the needles 9 are thrusted, by the rotation of the body 8, into foreign matter in the surplus soil to separate the matter from the soil. The foreign matter into which the needles 9 are thrusted are removed by a scraper 3 as the body 8 rotates.
