Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detergency of flux residues by incorporating a perfluoroalkyl phosphate anionic surfactant, water-soluble glycol ethers and a polyoxyalkyl ether type nonionic surfactant at specified amount into a detergent compsn. SOLUTION: This detergent compsn. for hybrid integrated circuits is composed of 0.01 to 1.0wt.% perfluoroalkyl phosphate surfactant, 75 to 90%, in total, water-soluble glycol ether expressed by formula I and water-soluble glycol ether expressed by formula II, 5 to 10% polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether type nonionic surfactant of HLB 13 to 18 and the balance water. In the formulae I, and II, R is a 1 to 4C alkyl group; R , R are each a 1 to 2C alkyl group. The ratio of the component expressed by the formula II of the water-soluble glycol ether is preferably >=15%. The readhesion of the flux residues is prevented by the detergent compsn. even in an actual washing line.
